At PATTERA, we want you to feel confident ordering a rug for your home. If your order is not the right fit, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

1. Standard returns

For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, including color, size, or style, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Approved standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is provided at no additional charge for eligible returns that follow our instructions.

2. How to return your rug

  1. Contact us: Reach out within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
  2. Get authorization: We will provide a return authorization number and return instructions.
  3. Pack securely: Repack the rug in its original packaging to help prevent transit damage.
  4. Ship it back: Use our prepaid return label or another trackable shipping method if instructed.
  5. Receive your refund: Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued minus the applicable restocking fee.

3. Return conditions

To qualify for a refund, the returned rug must meet all eligibility requirements below.

Eligible for return

  • The rug is in its original, unused condition.
  • The rug is returned in its original packaging.
  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • There are no signs of wear, stains, damage, or alteration.

Not eligible for refund

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, stains, or damage.
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order rugs.
  • Items not returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery.

4. Refund calculation

Eligible refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item. The 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Example: If your rug purchase was $100, the refund would be $80 after the 20% restocking fee. No separate return shipping fee is deducted when a prepaid label is provided by us.

5. Damaged or defective items

If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and help with a replacement or refund.

  • Take clear photos of the rug, the packaging, and any visible damage.
  • Keep all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
  • Email us promptly so we can provide next steps.
