At PATTERA, we are committed to delivering our rugs to your home as quickly and safely as possible. This website is operated by MyHazelHome Inc.

Please read this shipping policy carefully before you place an order.

1. Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders. No minimum purchase is required, and there are no hidden fees at checkout.

2. Shipping regions

Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
  • U.S. territories (including Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and similar)
  • P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses (rug cartons are typically too large)
  • International destinations outside of the United States

If an order is placed with a shipping address in any restricted region above, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Processing and delivery times

Typical timelines below are estimates and may vary by carrier and season.

Order processing Most orders ship within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).
Transit After shipment, delivery is typically 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once the carrier has the package.


4. Delivery estimates and delays

Processing and transit times on this page are estimates only and are not a guarantee of delivery on a specific date. Actual delivery may be longer due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather, natural events, or other carrier service disruptions
  • Peak shopping periods, high parcel volume, or carrier staffing shortages
  • Incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses
  • Remote or hard-to-service delivery areas

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly and to communicate significant delays when we become aware of them.

5. Undelivered packages, return to sender, and refused delivery

If a carrier cannot complete delivery—for example because of an incorrect or incomplete address, multiple failed delivery attempts, refusal at the door without a qualifying product defect, or the package is otherwise returned to us—the following may apply:

  • Address errors: If the address you provided was wrong or incomplete, we may offer to reship to a corrected address. Additional shipping charges may apply for that reshipment.
  • Refusal or unclaimed packages: If you refuse delivery or do not claim the package when required by the carrier, and the shipment is returned to us, we will handle the outcome (including any applicable refund or reshipment) according to our refund policy and the condition of the returned goods.
  • Contact us promptly if tracking shows a return, exception, or prolonged delay so we can help.

Rug parcels are large and costly to ship both ways. Accurate addresses and planning for delivery help avoid unnecessary returns and fees.

6. Sales tax

Sales tax (where applicable) is determined based on your shipping address and applicable state and local rules. Any tax shown at checkout is an estimate until the order is completed; the final amount charged is what appears on your order confirmation.

7. Shipping carriers

We work with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Rugs ship as oversized parcels and are usually sent via ground service.

8. Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Inspect the outer packaging at delivery.
  • Photograph any visible damage to the outer wrap before opening.
  • Email customerservice@patterarug.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can help with a claim or replacement.

9. Large item delivery

Large rugs can be heavy. Carriers usually leave parcels at your door, porch, or driveway. We recommend having help on hand to move the rug inside.

10. Address changes

We can update your shipping address only if the order has not yet been processed. After a tracking number is issued, we cannot redirect the shipment.
